I love this recipe its not too time intensive and easy to make. Both times I have useda cut of steak other than skirt steak and the recipe came out great. It also presents well to.

This was just amazing!! The flavor from the rub and the onions was fantastic. The steak was so tender and tasty. Will be making it again. In short, this was a home run.

This was easy and tasted great and looked great. i usually am one who will mess up on the sauce, but this had the right balance the oinions where great and i agree with others about adding mushrooms next time. i used flank steak and had to cook just a little bit longer. i also didn't have red wine vinager so i used white wine instead and was great. will make again and again.

I used flank steak that I'd found in the bottom of the freezer, and thought I may as well give this recipe a try. Generally I love Melissa's recipes, and this was no exception. I didn't have white wine, so I used red, and the sauce was fabulous. I may use an extra onion next time, since we love the onion sauce. Melissa, I just love your show!

We just made this for dinner this evening. I stuck to the recipe with one exception - I added mushrooms to the onions. This recipe was so simple to make and tasted like I marinated it for hours! My husband said I should make this again tomorrow night. He never says that! Thank you Melissa for a great recipe. Excited to try others!
