I was very disappointed with this recipe. I love swiss chard and have made it before. This recipe was far too hot/ spicy for my husband and me. We like a hint or even what I would call mild to medium heat, but this was over the top. 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes is way too much! I watched the video after making it, and it looks like she just puts in a sprinkling of red pepper, not near a teaspoon. I hope the recipe will be changed on the web site, because the basic ingredients are good, there's just too much heat!!

Tasty way to saute swiss chard. It is garlicky, but not so much that you can't taste the greens. I like the flavor that the splash of red wine vinegar adds, as well as the heat from the red pepper flakes. Will make again.

Delicious and easy to make. I don't like the taste of vinegar in my veggies though, will leave it out next time.

This is perfect with the roasted chicken. Love how her show also includes side dishes that compliment the main dish . This is a delicious side dish with a nice punch.

I will be making this recipe to compliment the chicken. I will not be doing the desert however. I think I will stick to a cake in a box. It is easier when you are pregnant and a toddler and 9 yr old helpin u out. ;0
Let's hope I don't burn or scortch or .... My husband wanted to go out for dinner tonight. I will spend less at the store to create this "out to dinner" looking dinner instead. Wish me luck. ...I loved this swiss chard. I added a little more of the pepper then stated in the recipe. My husband hated it. But he does not like most veggies. My daughter could not eat it cause it was too spicey. I give this a 5 STAR RATING!!!

This is the first time I've ever cooked swiss chard and we enjoyed it very much. Always nice to add a different type of greens into the rotation.

I am appaled by all the rude remarks about Melissa. I enjoy her show and look forward to watching it. Her receipes are for ingredients that I have at home, not like some of the way out ones, on some of the other shows. For those that had a problem with the chicken, did they try to bring it to room temperature first. I have found that putting meat from the refrigerator into a hot oven or stove top prevents it from cooking properly. Just a suggestion. I am making the chicken tonight, and I am convinced it will turn out okey. Please be,lets not be so nasty, it serves no good purpose.
