Don't be afraid to follow the recipe exactly. These turned out perfectly--the glaze cooked down without overcooking the carrots. We love them!

I followed the directions exactly and ended up with wonderfully glazed carrots with lots of flavor! Even my very picky husband and child loved them! I will definitely make these again soon!

Made these with Melissa's North African Meatballs, which were fabulous! But the carrots call for way too much liquid! 1/2 cup of broth and 1/2 cup of water will never reduce in that amount of time and didn't because I tried it and ended up draining most of it off. Unfortunately, when I drained away the liquid it took away most of the flavor. I ended up adding more brown sugar. Look for another glazed carrot recipe because this one was a flop.

These were the best glazed carrots I have ever made. My son asked for seconds. I omitted the lemon juice, just not a fan and used Swanson's chicken stock. They were delicious.

This recipe was tasty, however the broth never formed into a glaze. It was very runny. I was afraid to keep cooking it down, as I thought the carrots would overcook. I followed the recipe exactly except used dried parsley instead of fresh. Very good flavor, but I wish it had more of a glaze.

This recipe is wonderful, the secret is the lemon juice in the end, before I added the lemon juice I was wondering where is the taste? But it all comes together after the lemon juice is in. I did not add water, just broth and did not add salt, also I only had dried parsley which added to the broth instead of putting it in the end. Keeper for sure, thanks!!

This was very tasty, but the sauce didn't glaze.
