Melissa has sone great ideas and this is really good. I don't peel carrots anymore - there's a ton of good stuff in the peeling so I always leave it on. Saves time too. Just wash them good and keep it simple.

These the best glazed carrots I ever had! The flavours are awesome and the glaze is perfect.

Flavor is awesome but never really got it to make a "glaze" Not sure if the recipe needs to be reworded or I did something wrong, but if it was an actual GLAZE it would be 5 star for sure

The taste was OK...not much different than adding a little butter and maple syrup to cooked carrots. I had a problem with the glaze. Surely you meant to remove the carrots while the 1 full cup of liquid was being reduced to a glaze. There is no way 1 cup of liquid will reduce in 3 minutes. If you leave the carrots in the mix during this process you will have over-cooked carrots.

Sweet and Savory. I had to plan a small dinner party today - to go! Yikes. I forgot about a vegetable. All I have left in my garden are my carrots. I made this recipe and all my eaters raved about the carrots. Very few leftovers. And I made a lot. This is a keeper that I will make over and over.

Awesome carrots! It did however take a good 10 minutes on medium high after removing the cover to reduce the liquid down to a glaze, but well worth it!! :

Very easy to make, and very good. My 3 year old son, who "only likes crunchy (raw carrots," ate all of them that I put on his plate!

I never really got a glaze from these and ended up having to drain some of the liquid. Otherwise the flavor was pretty good. I'll definitely try them again, maybe I did something wrong. I started making them long after I had started the meatballs so I had to crank the heat up. Maybe that was the problem. I'll also try a lb of carrots next time.
