Good recipe but concerned about $10 budget.. Get real. When I watch the show, most of the items are not even added into the cost. Even my husband agrees that this is not calculated correctly for someone on a tight budget. I sit and tally and come out way more than TEN DOLLARS and I am a spend thrift. You have to show me more. Very Confused

The very best and so easy to prepare. We loved this way to prepare carrots and a change from the same old glazed carrots. Thanks Melissa for another great dish to prepare for my family.

Good Glazed Carrots do not need much to make them flavorful...but I tried thinking it would be a good change. Not the case.

Another great, easy twist with simple ingredients. Fun playing around with varying the amounts of cumin, brown sugar, etc. for different tilst on the taste too. Carrots are a staple on my grocery list now - thanks!

I tried these carrots the week after it aired, and have since made it a number of times. Did not change a thing. We have added this to our favorite dishes. So good, so inexpensive, and great for you.

Love the carrots and love the show.

I have made these carrots a number of times and love them. I also made her N. African meat balls with couscous and her fennel salad. I loved all of these recipes and have made them several time. What happened to Melissa???

These carrots were awesome! I don't really cook with carrots, other than throwing some frozen ones in the microwave, so I was a bit worried about the results. However, this recipe was amazing. The balance of sweet and savory was spot on, and the carrots were perfectly cooked. A winner right out of the gate.

And for anyone complaining or worrying about the consistency of the glaze at the end, just crank the heat and the liquid will reduce in no time flat.
