We had some really fresh carrots from the farmer's market and looking for an easy dish. This was great. Will definately be making it again.

I made this simple dish last week after watching Melissa's first episode. I was inspired since I feel that carrots are always forgotten about...what a treat and I will sure be making them again. Thank you!

Carrots - a vegetable worth mentioning when made with Melissa's recipe! I would serve this twice a week. Nutrients with flavor and style. So glad Melissa won the next foodnetwork star. She is down-to-earth and has great cooking tips! Hope she is with the network a long time!

    1. I made Melissa's carrots.

    2. Review: Tasted exactly like the ones I learned to cook 40 years ago as a Girl Scout. Very UNDERwhelming!

I take offense to what you wrote:

'.....STUPID, IDIOTIC, MORONIC PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT DON'T UNDERSTAND THE PURPOSE OF A REVIEW - LET ME ENLIGHTEN YOU!! MAKE THE RECIPE !!!!! THEN GIVE A REVIEW ON THE TASTE OF THE FOOD. DON'T WRITE A REVIEW BECAUSE.....YOU DON'T LIKE THE FORMAT OF THE SHOW.....THE PERSON COOKING THE FOOD OR THAT THE RECIPE HAS BEEN SEEN ELSEWHERE.'

This show is a loose cannon. What's next, poor man's caviar and duck confite hobo party?
Seriously, the FN needs to shelf this woman

I'll stick to my glazed carrots that's been pleasing for years:
Orange juice concentrate, butter, honey and ginger.
