Melissa, I knew way before the show ever ended that you were going to be the one who would win and be The Next Food Network Star. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I have not yet made any of your recipes but I definitely plan to do so in the future. Good luck! Jeanette in Ben Lomond, CA

These were very easy and delicious. Will make again. I loved Melissa's line in the show - something like... Carrots are easy to make but they are easy to make ordinary

Sharon read the title of the tab.

By the way... she's way better than Sandra even though they basically have the same show. It's really annoying that they both say "MY" recipe. Get over yourselves.

I made these carrots along with the meatballs and couscous she paired with it, and everything was wonderful. The sweetness of the carrots was a nice complement to the spicy meatballs. I just loved it! And I love her show!

Neither my husband or I like cooked carrots, but I decided to make all the recipes from this show anyway. Great flavor, not too much sauce or sweetness, just enough. I will be making them again as an everyday vegetable, not just with Moroccan food, as they are so easy and tasty.

Taste was great, but the glaze was not as thick as I expected or would have liked. Maybe I did something wrong? I even let it reduce much longer than called for...but it was still very brothy and watery. That said, I made the complete meal and loved it. The carrots added a nice sweetness that complemented the spiciness of the meatballs.

I love carrots but they can be pretty boring. This recipe was a wonderful new way for me to make them. My family really enjoyed the flavor of the spices which did not overpower the carrots. This recipe will go in my most popular list! Great Job Melissa! I'm glad you won!! I look forward to trying more of your recipes!!

Melissa -- good job. This recipe delivers on taste and low cost. Keep up the good work! If you can get a four year old to eat and enjoy carrots - life is good! Thanks.
