This recipe was good. I grilled mine on the Foreman. I only let my chicken marinate for about 3 hours so unfortunately the chicken didn't have any lime taste to it. Next time I will marinate over night.

My family and I enjoyed the flavors of this recipe so much, I decided to try something a lil' different. I tried marinating 2lbs. of ground chicken with Melissa's recipe (for about 3hrs. and then cooked it low and slow on the stove top. I also had to cook the onions and peppers on the stove but it didn't matter - everything was so delicious! I was really worried about my husband liking it because he's picky and has this "thing" about textures. Even he loved it - I was so relieved. Thank you, Melissa for all the great recipes and especially for the tips you give that save me so much money. Muchas Gracias!

This recipe turned out fantastic! The chicken marinade was so simple and easy but has great flavor. You have to make the tortillas from scratch,,such a difference from store bought ones. The best thing about this dish besides the flavor was it is so light and healthy.

These were fantastic! I also made the salsa and tortillas, and I don't think our family will ever go back to store bought! However, this is nowhere near a ten-dollar dinner!! The chicken alone was $8.68 with a club card, and I live in the same village as Melissa D'Arabian! Even though I had many of the ingrediants on hand, this still costs quite a bit to make.

I saw the show today(I record it as I don't want to miss any episodes and could not wait to make this. I was pressed for time so I cut the chicken breasts in half, marinated them for 45 min. and grilled about half the time. They were still juicy and SUPER flavorful. The only addition was a little dried oregano to the marinade because I love it.The homemade tortillas took this recipe over the top. It felt as though we were eating at a Family Mexican Restaurant. What a treat! I made some guacamole to go with this FABULOUS meal. All I can say is I love you Melissa! You are amazing and inspire me! Thank you for yet another winner!!!!

I saw the show this morning and had to make it for dinner tonight. The chicken was moist and delicious and the vegetables perfect! The only change I did was to add a little fajita seasoning which went really well with the lime marinade. I'll definitely make this again! I also made the homemade salsa and tortillas and both were great! Thanks, Melissa for these great recipes!
