    I liked this. I mixed with kale instead of parsley as that's what I had on hand. it was good too. I paired it with spicy ribs and baked beans.

    This was okay, but to me it lacked flavor and was quite oily. I think that if the oil in the dressing was reduced it would taste better.

    Amazing! Even the guys I cooked for, who said they HATED coleslaw, completely gobbled this up! And a little extra dressing never hurts.

    AWESOME! Made this tonight for Father's Day bbq and simply loved it... SO delicious, but I really love cabbage. Also, I used grapefruit zest versus orange zest since that's what I had in the fridge. Fresh parsley was perfect addition. I think I will try next time with a creamy dressing and see how it tastes. Grilling the cabbage is terrific and I think it would work with various dressings.

    I grilled the cabbage with the intent to make this coleslaw, but the cabbage by itself was so good, we ate it all without the dressing!
