INCREADIBLE! I had a couple picky eaters on my hands this weekend who said they don't eat potato salad, but after trying this, I could not get them away from the bowl! They finished it all! I doubled the recipe and added 6 strips of bacon (for the men I was feeding. Extra bacon never hurts, right? And also added a little sugar to the final dressing... AWESOME!!

Great! I only had white wine vinegar instead of red and honey mustard instead of Dijon but it was really good. Will get Dijon for next time!

Totally delicious! Except that I grilled the potatoes WITHOUT the mayo mixture. Instead, I used the mayo mixture as the post-grilling dressing and omitted the vinagrette. Family LOVED it and we will have this again for sure.

I microwaved my potatoes rather than boiling them. That worked fine except that I should have cut my potatoes just a little bit smaller. I also added vidalia onion which was yummy. My fiance (potato junkie liked it and just picked the sweet potatoes out. I thought the sweet potatoes added an interesting twist.

Have made this 2 weekends now and we love it!! It's even better the next day! I think if you skip the mayo you'll miss out. It gives it a nice coating. I use light mayo and like Melissa said, a lot grills off. I don't think you can miss with this one!

I made all the recipes from this episode for a small family get together. The sliders were fun and different, slaw was a good topper but the potatoes were the biggest hit. Everyone loved the potatoes, including me. We ate them warm-hot which was perfect, it kept the potatoes soft. I think if you had cold, they would harden and the softness was part of what made them so creamy. The vinaigrette was yummy! My only complaint is how do they make all these recipes (and not just this show, but all shows in just 30 minutes?????

I didn't do the first step of making the mayo coating and grilling. I just boiled my potatoes and used the bacon vinaigrette dressing. It is definitely a keeper! I added a smidge more vinegar, just cause I like the tang. Super yummy! Thanks Melissa!

This recipe was so good that I am emailing it to my daughter. Her family loves sweet potatoes and she is excited to try it after I told her how much my husband and teenaged sons enjoyed it. I agree with the some of the other reviews and next time I may adjust it just a bit to be more low calorie (turkey bacon, olive oil instead of mayonaise but then again, it was so great I hate to mess with success!

This is a nice dish, although I made a few changes. I tossed the potatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper and grilled them that way. I got wonderful grill marks and lots of flavor. Then I added all the mayo ingredients along w/ vinaigrette and it was superb. Fresh nice grilled flavors and a nice change from traditional potato salad.
