I thought this recipe was awesome!! Such powerful, well-rounded flavors, and not too difficult to make. (I'd never made a marmalade, nor a chutney before. I used brats instead of spicy sausages, because I knew the stars of the show were going to be the onion marmalade and the tomato chutney anyway. And they were! Will be making this again and again!

I added apples in my onions, soooo goood! wonderful recipe
