This is a good, standard salsa recipe that works very well. Add some fresh, chopped cilantro with both the stems and leaves, and it brings this recipe to life!

This salsa was delicious and tasted so authentic. It went great with Melissa "Grilled Chicken Fajita" recipe. I will definitely make again.

WOW! What a great warm salsa. Using a grill pan is the key, I have tried grilling on my gas grill with not much success. A grill pan on the stove is idea. Just the right amount of char, smokey taste. The garlic is the best, sweet without the raw bite it can sometimes have. Melissa always give her saving tips. Here's my tip for the home-cook on a budget, If you have a Latino market in your area, shop their for your roma tomatoes, peppers, onions, lemons limes and meats. Most of the time their prices for produce and meats will be cheaper then at the major supermarkets.

I made this salsa and thought it was very good. Love the smoky flavor that grilling the vegetables gives. I love cilantro and might add more next time.
