Good for kids or for a larger family crowd as they cook well together, but agree they are harder to eat than the flat. When I have close family over and we want to get out a hot meal fast, this would be a fun try. Tips: struggled with our tortillas as they get holes or ripped placing them into the popover pan until I microwaved them for 5-7 seconds. Young nephews like scrambled eggs only? Cooks just fine next to the whole eggs in the cup. Agree w/ everyone: total cook time about 20 min, cover edges after 7 or so to prevent burn.

The presentation in a cup is cute when serving kids or for a holiday brunch, but it was kind of hard to get a bite of everything compared to the traditional flat presentation. As others said, takes longer to cook the eggs, and muffin tins need to be greased or the tortilla sticks. I'll probably make these again for my little grand-neices, but not as a regular family meal (hubby plus 3 teens.

These were very good! And easy to prepare. YUM!
I needed to cook mine longer - but we aren't fans of runny eggs whites.

Loved them, easy to make. The eggs did take longer to cook, but with the foil over them I had no problem with burning the tortilla's. I will make them again. I did have a problem with the tortilla taking a layer of my muffin pan off, not sure why that happened, next time I will cover the muffin pan with parchment or something.

We cooked them 1 minute longer than directed before putting on the cheese. After the cheese, we ended up adding another 3 minutes time because the eggs still weren't done. After that only 4 look fully cooked and of course the edges of the tortilla are burnt. My hubby, daughter, and I tried those only to get a few bites in and run into uncooked egg in the middle. Runny eggs are disgusting and unsanitary. We threw out everything. Such a WASTE OF MONEY!!! We'll NEVER try this again.

Excellent! I made two changes.Since it was only my wife and I, small (4" ramekins were used and I added sweet Italian sausage. Chorizo could also be used. Thank you for a great recipe
