Simply and perfectly divine. These were super easy and so deliciously decadent. I used ramekins instead of muffin tins - my ramekins have little tupperware covers so they can store in the fridge without taking up much space. I also used a chocolate fudge ice cream by Ben and Jerry's called Phish food and omitted the chocolate sauce on top - I think I like the chocolate ice cream better. This is a fun dessert for a dinner party - just take out of the fridge, pop under the broiler, count to 30 and ta da! Brilliant!

It's hard to cook when you are taking care of a little baby so this recipe was perfect for making dessert! While playing with my daughter, I threw the graham crackers into a ziploc bag and crumbled them. When my husband came home, I was able to do the rest. Easy peasy! Didn't have time to make the chocolate sauce so just used chocolate syrup. LOVED this recipe! May have to make it for the guys for the Super Bowl Sunday!!!

Oh my goodness Melissa-these were sooo good! I made these following the buffalo chicken dinner and my family gobbled them up. I doubled the recipe to make 6 of them (family of 5. I've never successfully "broiled" anything prior to this. Thanks for the recipes!

This dessert was amazing!! It is easy, fun and got rave reviews!!! I made six just adjusted the recipe in amount of ingredients so I could use the whole muffin tin. Because it was just me and my husband, I only take two out of muffin tin at a time and toast them in oven...only 30 sec on broil. I am thinking of making this for a benefit wine dinner party because it is so tasty and fun and even looks fancy enough for a dinner party but fun enough for a child's party or super bowl party.

HOLY MOLY! How could this recipe really be bad, but WOW!! This was easy and fun to make and better than great. The toasting of the marshmallows worked out so well at 30 seconds in the broiler, I couldn't believe it. One of the best little treats I have made. My kids have complimented me all night. Thanks Melissa!!!
