this was easy to prepare, and my picky husband said it was great, so it's a keeper here! I kept playing with how close fish should be to broiler, between the temperature of the fish (should get to 135-140, and top edges almost burning. For my broiler, I will have the fish on the 3rd rack down next time. Second rack down from broiler, fish was getting burned around the edges faster than reaching its internal temperature. But wonderful, Asian flavor, and we will definitely be making this one regularly!

My kids loved it. They don't like anything too flavorful on the food (except ketchup!. So the sauce on the side was a hit. Second time round, I cooked the salmon on my cast iron pan over high heat and the kids liked the crunch it gave the salmon.

Intense & flavorful! My boyfriend is a VERY picky eater, and he loves this salmon! It takes me less then five minutes to prep, and is so easy to finish off in 15 minutes or less. Great with asparagus or baby bok choi sauteed in garlic. Cuts the sweet tangy flavor.

I was disappointed with the flavor, or lack thereof. My family definitely prefers my homemade teriyaki marinade for salmon - I'll stick with my version going forward.

Loved it! Been looking for just the right sauce for a long time and this was just delicious! I strained the marinade and reduced it by more than half and poured it over the cooked salmon. So tasty...couldn't get enough of the sauce!

I am so happy I tried this recipe! For years, I've been wanting to make salmon for my family to introduce more variety and healthy food choices into our diet yet struggled with the strong flavor ... not anymore!

The marinade is a wonderful balance of flavors that all of us enjoyed.

The one thing I will do differently next time is pick off the onion pieces before broiling as the onion bits blackened.

So shocked. We usually have to beg him to eat anything but gummi worms. He asked for more... Awesome. Thank-you Melissa.
