Loved it! Been looking for just the right sauce for a long time and this was just delicious! I strained the marinade and reduced it by more than half and poured it over the cooked salmon. So tasty...couldn't get enough of the sauce!

I am so happy I tried this recipe! For years, I've been wanting to make salmon for my family to introduce more variety and healthy food choices into our diet yet struggled with the strong flavor ... not anymore!

The marinade is a wonderful balance of flavors that all of us enjoyed.

The one thing I will do differently next time is pick off the onion pieces before broiling as the onion bits blackened.

So shocked. We usually have to beg him to eat anything but gummi worms. He asked for more... Awesome. Thank-you Melissa.

You can eat Salmon raw.. hence the reason the marinade is safe.

This is lucsious and I am a salmon purist! Mary Linn, please don't review a recipe you haven't tried! Not fair! BTW - kids turned up nose at first then "caught" them sneaking bites. Finally admitted they liked it!

This dish is so easy to make and the kids love it every time. Definitely one that will be repeated in our house.

This was a hit with my picky husband too! No luck on the kids yet, but I'll keep trying. The broiling didn't work for us though. It was still undercooked in the middle so I had to stick it back in for another 10 minutes on 400 degrees. Not sure what went wrong...
