I cooked the sauce vegetarian and it still was delicious. I added capers and diced tomatoes in at the end and a lil cream to cut the very lemony taste. Im sure this would be excellent if I made it exactly how the recipe says.

This recipe is easy to make and has such a great taste. The red pepper flakes give it a kick and it just has so much flavor. This is definitely a keeper!

I was looking for a new scampi recipe so I made this dish for my family using lagostino instead of shrimp and I added frozen peas. Hands down, this is the best scampi I've made! Great recipe and so easy to make!!

My husband and I have been looking for a good and easy to make pasta recipe. The taste was great. The only thing I would change is less pepper flakes. Although I like spicy, this was a little too much for me. Also we added lime zest that we had along with the lemon juice/zest. Thanks Melissa!

My husband doesn't like lemon so I just left it out and replaced the lemon juice with a little white wine! Was Very Easy, Quick, & Delicious...would definately make again.

I really enjoy watching Melissa - Great practical tips and I like how she balances price, flavor, and health. To make this stretch your budget a bit, why not supplement with some boneless, skinless chicken breast? You can get it for $2.99 per pound on sale and is delicious with shrimp. Happy cooking and God bless!

Made this for dinner. Only used one lemon, other than that followed the recipe. This was very good.
