    I watched Melissa this afternoon and made this for dinner along with the Broccoli parmesan. My family ate it all. Very flavorful and just the right amount of food.
    Will definitely make this again. A new family favorite.

    this was an excellent dinner!
    we had almost all ingredients
    in our home and the rest
    was very inexpensive.
    a must-make for dinnertime.

    We love this recipe!! My son who just turned four ate everything up! As adults, we felt we were eating at a fine restaurant and not eating a budget meal. Thank you, and keep sending the fantastic recipes and information our way! :

    I just finished eating Melissa's Shrimp Scampi. It was very good, but it was a little spicier than I expected. If you're not a fan of spicy food, reduce the amount of red pepper flakes in the recipe. I did add a little, extra butter to this Scampi. I liked making and using the shrimp shells to make the stock. Very practical and tasty.

    !st...should have sprayed pan with Pam before cooking shrimp...dumb on my part....2nd..let shrimp marinate for several hours..could have been a problem...3rd...tried to second guess to cut it in half for marinade/pasta water..probably should have been more accurate in measurements before trying to reduce- THAT SAID - from New Orleans where we know shrimp and husband loved it..have pasta left over and think - after blending all night in sauce - will be a killer tomorrow for lunch,,just love this little girl and her ideas...

    This is the best shrimp scampi ever!!! We wish we would have made a double batch! It is that good!!! Best shrimp recipe we have ever had!!! Keep the amazing recipes coming Melissa!!! Love all of them that I've made so far! Can't wait for your first cookbook to come out!

    This recipe was simple, but oh so flavorful! My family and I love seafood and truly enjoyed this delicious meal. I see why Melissa won the competition! I look forward to trying the other wonderful meals she has to offer. Great job Melissa!

    Everybody loved the dish, even my picky non-pasta eating son. I forgot the red pepper flake, but it was still delicious. Nice, light and lemony.

    I was a big fan of Melissa's this season, and I finally caught the show with her making the shrimp scampi with roasted broccoli and I'm sooooo glad I did. I made it for dinner and it was a HUGE success. I love the show and now I love her recipes. Thanks! I'll keep watching...
