SO delicious! Just finished eating it and had to post a review because it was great. Shortcuts I definitely recommend: buy a seafood stock instead of making from scratch and buy cooked shrimp and just throw them in at the last minute with the butter and parsley to heat them up. By far the best scampi I have ever made.

This recipe is truly amazing and quite simple. Definitely has a 'kick' to it, which my whole family thoroughly enjoyed!! Cut back slightly on the red pepper if you like it milder, but definitely an exceptional dish.

I have made this at least 10 times, a little different every time, everyone loves it.Tonight I added a jar of alfredo sauce to the linguini before I added the shrimp and sauce,it is the best I have made yet!

This meal was delicious, quick and easy to make. My family loved it,and it was one of the best dishes I have ever made. . I used a brand of pasta with a low glycemic index, that made it extra healthy and just as tasty! Yummm

Wow - amazing dish. I wouldn't change a thing! As others mentioned, it definitely takes more than 20 minutes (closer to an hourand isn't the easiest after-work meal to make since it requires so many different pots and pans and cleanup isn't the quickest. Definitely worth it though! Used 1 1/2 lemons and it was perfect.

Recipe was delicious but don't get the $10.00 to feed 4 premise. It would be great if I had all the ingredients on hand but I didn't. I need to purchase the shrimp {expensive}, lemons and garlic.....substituted the linguine for angel hair. Delicious but not $10.00 for 4......should be called 10.00 Dollars if all ingredients on hand with infinite possibilities!

As luck would have it, the only pasta I had in my cupboard was rigatoni. So be it, this dish was so very easy to make and absolutely delicious. And Ill tell you something, I dont like shrimp.
It was done just right and the lemon made it so tastey.
Give it a shot, you wont be disapointed.

This recipe was fantastic! I made it two weeks ago and it was a hit with the family. Per the other reviews, I did tweak it a bit. I only used one good size lemon instead of two. I also added 3 tablespoons of flour to thicken the sauce a bit. It came out perfect!
