I forgot to add that I didn't use the lime. Didn't have any and was glad I left it out.

Love Love Love this recipe. It is one of my new favorites. Vegetarians and carnivores alike have enjoyed this dish. Rich in protein, it is a healthy alternative to rice. Good as a side dish or snack in between meals. Thanks Melissa!

Really really good. Perfect with the meal from this episode but delicious with so many other things as well! Yum!

Really tasty. A great side dish or a meal in itself with some chopped fresh peppers, cucumber and red onion and topped with feta cheese.

After seeing the other reviews, I had high expectations for this dish. I love quinoa and lentils both, but the dressing didn't do either of them justice. The combination of the garlic, mustard, and lime was not as tasty as I had thought. I would definitely make another quinoa and lentil salad, but I will use my own dressing recipe next time.

What a fabulous and easy dish! I made it for a couple of friends coming over for a happy hour - and they each tried to keep the whole bowl for themselves! I only made a couple of substitutions - I used Meyer Lemon EVOO because that was all I had, and added some chives in addition to the scallions. The lime zest was key to making this salad nice and bright: what a great touch! I absolutely LOVED the flavors and textures of the salad. 5* all around.
