would be great if you could list the nutritional values... cals, fat, carbs, fiber etc. per cupcake...

Oh good gracious, could we PLEASE keep things in perspective? A FN recipe is hardly a platform to scold others about diet, but thanks to another reviewer for a politically-correct-progressive-leaning diatribe on better diet costing taxpayers less money. Really, on FN? Fortunately for me I've never had to 'hide' veggies in food for our daughter. She's loved veggies her whole life and now, at 11 is a real salad, fresh veggies, lean proteins-eating girl. Lucky us. For parents that have to trick their kids, good for you if that tactic works. Why can't we all act civil and respect others' opinions? Don't scold someone for not having flaxseed in their pantry. If 15 ingredients is excessive to you, don't make the cupcakes. These are moist and appealing. Would I make them often? Nope, because my kid likes the ingredients on their own. Happy 2011 everyone!

Hey people relax. To happy 2011 get a hobby. If you don't like the recipe don't make it. Why the bashing. Just keep doing what you are doing for your kids and let us alone. I for one am going to make. arlene

Have not made the muffins but plan to do so. We do have most of the ingredients and the muffins sound intriguing. Would like to say I don't find many of the daily recipes appealing. Guess what? I don't make those ones! If this recipe doesn't appeal to you just wait for one that does. Amazing display of juvenile vitriol against an amazing cook working within the boundaries set by the foodnetwork.

I love this receipe! Very creative and healthy, it may have a number of ingredients, but that is what makes it special. If you are too lazy to go to this much trouble, don't! No one will care!

This recipe has way to many ingerdients to make it user friendly. I am a from scratch baker, but if I am using over 15 ingredients it better be a lot more special than these. I thought they were dry and more bland than I like

To all the folks griping about the ingredients, I am one of the people who DO have flax, wheat germ and soy flour in my pantry. If you'd never use it again, perhaps you should amend your diet to include more whole grains and less white flour and white sugar. Would do your health a world of good! :
