Even though I do not normally use some of the ingredients, I thought this might be something that could incorporate healthier options into our diet, With this in mind I went out and bought the ingredients that I did not have on hand and tried this recipe. I took one bite and found them dry and unpleasant. The rest of my family, including the dog, all agree. What a waste of time spent shopping and grating the fruits and veggies- not to mention the waste of money on ingredients that will sit in the pantry until they get tossed into the trash.

The Soy Flour in this recipe will make a complete protien. It's worth going out to buy a little soy flour to get that complete protien. Go to Sprouts where you can buy a tiny amount if that's all you need. Thanks, Melissa , keep up the good work.

A recipe this complex is difficult for diabetics to evaluate by themselves. Please give us nutrition info. Thanks.

Jeffery should have won the content. Who needs another cook at food network!!! She brings nothing to the table. I don't understand Food Network administration or Bobby, they made two mistates at this show Big Daddy, who you can't understand and Milessa, who does nothing new. Sorry

Got as far as "soy flour" in the recipe and stopped reading. I wish to hck that some of the recipes called for the ingredients that we usually have in our cupboards and fridge. I am not about to run to the store and buy an ingredient that I may use once in 6 months!

These muffins are the best. Plus they are only 2 points on weight watchers. I didn't have the wheat germ or the flax seed in my pantry so I did have to go and buy them but it was well worth it. : This recipe is definitly worth a try!

First I was surprised that I had several of the ingredients in stock, I did make the following changes - just because I didn't have the listed ingredient.
1 Used Old Fashioned Oats where it was an option
2 Used 3 Tbsp of Mayo instead of eggs (just happened to be out
3 Used Wheat Bran instead of Flax Seeds
4 Used Soy Milk instead of Whole Milk
The flavor is wonderful! I'm amazed. Thanks!
