Very easy to make and very tasty. Family asked for it again. I am fixing it again tonight. I had most of the ingredients all ready. The gravy was very good also.

I am making this for the second time and I was tempted to double it! So good, anything wrapped in bacon is a keeper.
I am looking forward to your cookbook Melissa! I have already pre-ordered it.

Best meatloaf recipe, I've come across! The only change I did was I used prociutto instead of bacon and it was wonderful.

I've never cooked meatloaf before. I'm not a fan, but my husband likes it and has always lamented that I don't make this dish. I found this recipre and thought this version even I might eat. My family devoured it. Will definitely make this again.

I personally don't know how people rate a recipe when they change it 80%. I made this recipe for meatloaf and mustard gravy exactly as explained. Turned out perfectly. Family loved it. Especially my husband that never cared for meatloaf because of the heavy catsup topping. People - if you didn't make the recipe - DON'T RATE IT.

Love the Ten Dollar Dinners show. Your meatloaf recipe was everything it looked to be. My husband said "it was the best meatloaf he ever ate". Ingredients easy, preparation easy, made the kitchen smell great and the final meal was excellent. I thought the meatloaf was a little salty to my taste so next time i will not add the salt in meatloaf preparation. Gravy was a big hit! Thank You Melissa! "Keep on Cookin" Love and Blessings.

Meatloaf was awesome, had such a great flavorful taste . Will for sure make it again :
Gravy was tasty .
Twice baked mashed potatoes were yummy .
Collard greens we good , my husband said . I my self did not care for the lemon in them .

Wow!! This meatloaf was the best I have had. I have tried several recipes over the years, and this recipe is hands down the best I have ever had. I did not make the gravy, and used a turkey italian sausage. It was full of flavor and very moist. I will defintely make this again.
