Flavorful and easy! Made this exactly as written except substituted lemon zest for orange zest. I loved the freshness of the mint. I made the sauce in the morning and put it in the fridge, at dinner time I let it come to room temp and added the pasta. Delicious, simple, and so easy-perfect for the summer.

Wonderful dish! Didn't have any mint, so I used old standby...basil. Will try the mint next time. Added additional olives. Thanks Melissa.

Loved this! I omitted the capers (really dislike them and added more green manzanilla olives along with the kalamata olives. I used Barilla Plus angel hair for extra protein. Such a light delicious pasta that is even good cold for lunch the next day! Thanks Melissa your meals are great --- I'm vegetarian so I always get excited when there is an entirely meatless meal!

Great recipe Melissa! Its been so hot here so to have to only boil noodles was perfect. I made the sauce in the morning so it literally took a few minutes to put together which was awesome. Keep them coming, Melissa, I love your show and your ideas!

Thanks Melissa. This was easy and delicious. The orange zest was a nice surprise flavor. This recipe is very versatile and I will use it often. I used diced canned tomatoes as I was without fresh and basil instead of mint. I can't wait until the fresh tomatoes come into season as I will make this dish often.

Another winner. A great addition to my summer recipes. I left out the capers - but will try them next time. Even without the capers it sure tasted great.

This was fantastic ! I took it to a cookout and everyone RAVED !!!

this recipe reminds me of one of my favorite pasta sauces Puntanessca with the olives and capers.
