    These were really good. I didn't have red peppers so I used sun dried tomatoes instead and it came out good.

    I also made all the recipes from this episode the crostini went with the pasta perfect. I will certainly be making this again and again. Makes a great alppetizer and will be experimenting with additional toppings. I did find I cut the bread too thick and found it a little hard to eat once it was baked/crunchy, next time I will slice the bread "a little" thinner . Wonderful recipe. Thanks

    After watching Melissa make this I had to try it. So yummy and easy. It paired perfect with the pasta from this episode and a crisp white wine!
