Delicious! Made this recipe exactly as written. They came out gooey in the middle. Next time I will put vanilla ice cream on top.

Wow! This was so: easy, fast, cheap, elegant & delicious!! I didn't serve this to guests but I definitely would! I buttered the muffin cups instead of using cooking spray and they popped out whole and beautiful. I made recipe as written this time but for my own personal taste, I wouldn't drizzle with olive oil and I'd serve it with small amount of real whipped cream or a gourmet vanilla ice cream. Yummy, yummy, yummy! Make this!!

So very yummy and easy! Thank you, Melissa! I didn't do anything fancy, just followed the recipe. I didn't have any problems with the cakes sticking. YUMMY!

This was soooo good! So good!! I also buttered and floured the pan, like the reviewers before me, and they popped right out. I used a blood orange from my farmer's market CSA box, and it was so pretty! Just for fun I also added about a tbsp. of mini chocolate chips to the batter for a little extra decadence. I filled the pan, and then about halfway through the dinner party I put them in the oven to bake, so they were piping-hot and gooey when dessert time came around. We served it with vanilla ice cream. Perfection!! Thanks so much for such a wonderful, tasty, and easy recipe. I will definitely be making this again!!

These were very delicious, easy to make, and uses all ingredients I keep on hand. I did have problems with sticking, but I think my muffin pan is just old and scratched. I used shortening and flour to help them come out easier, but when that was obviously not going to work, we scooped them out with a spoon.

This was a HUGE hit! It took less than 10 mins to put together, we left out the orange. We did not put the oil on the finished cake ,we did serve it with ice cream!

Fantastic! These were really delicious. The orange & chocolate flavors were wonderful. We didn't have any problems with them sticking (I made sure to let them cool for 5 minutes. Definitely going to do these again!

This was pretty good came out great! Family really liked it, I layered white chocolate into the middle just for a little twist and it came out gooey and delicious!

Delicious but came out of pan a sloppy mess. Do not rely on cooking spray for non stick, wish I had read review to try butter/flour to see if that would help.

Easy, fast, tasty. I had problem with sticking, too. Great thing is that you can make this recipe your own and flavor it as you wish. Perfect for entertaining.
