Very easy to make. Next time I think I'll add more orange juice or have a topping that's a little more moist. I baked for 30 mins, I think next time I'll do 25. Good flavor and quick to make.

This cake is a quick dessert to put together and it is so tasty! The cake has a light and fluffy texture to it with the incorporation of the olive oil. The orange zest and squeeze adds a perfect hint of orange flavor that makes this cake a real treat!

My daughter and I made this on Mother's Day. We swapped whole wheat pastry flour for half of the white flour and only baked it about 22 minutes. It was very, very good. We both think it would be a good cake to eat at tea time.

YUMMMM ! Just love this cake, simple to make and it is perfect for a nice dinner desert, even "breakfast". After baking it the first time..it was gone by evening, I served this to friends and the wanted the recipe before they went home! The cake comes out nice every time I have made it.

Love this recipe! This recipe is simple, easy and great when you need a dessert in a hurry... I add a bit more orange juice and zest than called for and I top with a drizzle of Gran Marnier spiked semi sweet chocolate and some fresh whipped cream... mmmm, mmmm, good!

I love this recipe! I made it right after I saw the episode. I have always wanted to make an olive oil cake and I think what convinced me was how little oil is used compared to other recipes I have seen-I didnt even have vanilla on hand and it still came out really well. The cake was light and airy and gone within hours. I love the idea of adding cherry preserves to the middle. I cant wait to try different flavors like lemon etc.

As soon as I watched this episode I knew I wanted to make this cake. Fortunately it has basic ingredients I always have in the house so I was able to try it right away. I liked that it was dairy free since I can't eat dairy. It was quick to put together and baked up perfectly. Very tasty. My husband raved about it. The only thing that I would put as a negative was that it was a little on the dry side served as is. I brushed it with a little organge juice and it was perfect. A definite make again dessert.

I thought it tasted good too, and it's so easy that my 11-year old daughter made it mostly by herself, with me checking on her a little. I told her to add an extra TBSP. of orange juice, which made it a little more "orangy" but the flavor was still mild. I like extra orange flavor, so I spread orange marmalade on top, after she baked it.
