    I like the dense, chewy texture of this cake. It's a very simple cake that's just right to serve with coffe or fruit. I used the amount of orange zest and oj called for in the recipe, and the cake had a very delicate orange flavor. I think I may add a half teaspoon orange extract to the batter next time, I will definitely make this cake again!

    Easy and terrific. I had to use lemon zest for another dish I was making, so I added just a small amount of lemon zest in addition to the orange juice and zest. And I was able to use all organic ingredients, so that was an added plus. Thanks for a great recipe!

    We really enjoyed this -- so much so that I have my second one in two days in the oven right now! And I don't normally care about desserts that are orange, lemon, etc.; to me, dessert means chocolate. But this is delicious and such a nice texture. I only had one slice left of the first one today to share with my mom. I'll give her a bigger piece of this one!

    This was so good! The olive oil on top of the orange juice and zest really brought out an additional layer of flavor. My husband loved it since it wasn't super sweet. Will definitely make this again!

    This cake is wonderful...not heavy at all, just the right amount of sweetness, the slight orange flavor is so good.......I just love it. I've made olive oil cakes in the past...I love all of them, this one is great.....good with coffee...Thanks Melissa.
