My 4 year old grandaughter loved this soup as much as Nana! Yum nutricious and delicious. As I was leaving to go home she said Ya'All come back now you hear and bring more soup. Thank you Melissa you are a delight.

I just made this soup for my boys and they just gobbled it down. I did cut up some celery with the carrots and onions as I like that flavor. I'm just so surprised that carrots could taste so good. Yum Yum. It will go in my list of favorite recipes. Thanks Melissa. Sure enjoyed watching you win. You are definitely the best!!!!

I really liked this healthy soup & it was even great the next day for lunch with salad. One of the kids didn't like the orange taste, so I tried it without it next time & it was great... I double the garlic when I left out the orange. Thanks Melissa!

Great way to get in an important vegetable; I used a bit more orange zest just because I love the flavor. The soup also is very good the next day!! I ate a small serving as a snack a couple of hrs before my evening workout and it held off the hungry until supper; great job!

This recipe is versatile, you could add ginger instead, or cumin, or a little tomato and garlic paste, or curry!

Which is what we like, keepin it simple! I added at a bit more wine, a tsp. of butter, 1/2 tsp of thyme, juice from half of the orange and 1/2 tsp ground ginger. I enjoyed the flavors but definitely could have cut the oregano in half it overpowered a lot of the other ingredients. I finished it by stirring in a bit of cream at the end. I still found it not as sweet as i would have liked it but overall I'm still going to enjoy it tonight!

This soup was very good. I used Marsala, rather than white wine because that's what I had on hand. I loved the addition of the fresh orange zest - gave it a nice flavor.

I was excited to make this soup because it's so quick and easy and the ingredients are on hand or cost very little. I think I didn't like the pairing of the orange and the carrot. Orange zest is pretty strong so either you like it or you don't. I won't make again but I do look forward to trying some of Melissa's other recipes. I really enjoy her show!
