Fabulous! I am making these for the second time, with cayenne and Old Bay seasonings. They come out to crispy and light and tasty and irresitible! The sugar is scary but it IS what makes these oven fries so perfect and it's such a teeny bit. Try 'em, you'll like 'em!

These were so good! I couldn't believe how much they tasted like the fries that I buy and keep in the freezer. You definitely need to make sure to spray your pan really good (I used foil but still sprayed the foil. I'll definitely make these again.

I LOVED these! I followed the recipe exactly, baking for 40 minutes & they came out browned & crispy with a wonderful taste. I baked them on a silicone sheet & had no problems with sticking. The oil was just the right amount so they got crispy, but weren't greasy. What a great substitute to frying potatoes...no mess & much less fat!

Very easy and simple but tasteless to me, my family ate them but I didn't care for them to much.

These were DELICIOUS! Def cook closer to 40 minutes or more, and until crispy. We LOVED these. I did add 1 t each onion and garlic powder. Other than that I made them exact. We liked them so much I made them again the next night. YUM!

Great fries - very easy. I flipped half-way thru and cooked closer to 40 minutes. I used the broiler for the last few minutes. Next time I will double the batch for a family of 4 - my boys loved them.

I don't get it...I followed the recipe exactly and the fries were soft and droopy as always...

Loved them. They did stick but I didn't spray the pan. I also had rinsed the potatoes before putting in the oil mixture so I'm sure that diluted the oil. BUT, the taste was great! Nice and crispy. Kids requested them tomorrow too! Also she mentioned using russet potatoes which I did. I'm always learning something on this show.

I followed this recipe to the "t" and even put paper down so it wouldn't stick. It came out super soggy and limp after cooking it longer than suggested. And the never-ending search for legit oven fries continues, although finding it seems to be like finding Atlantis. Save your time and don't even try to make this. Use the time-tested double fry method.
