Delicious! Better than the schnitzel we had at a German Restaurant last week! Would be good with a little sauce, gravy, or marinara. But excellent with just a splash of lemon. Will definitely make this again!

I'm not usually a fan of pork...but this was so good! So tender...definitely a winner!

I just made these for dinner tonight. I had a pork tenderloin that I wanted to do something a little bit different than the usual. The cutlets were incredibly tender and flavorful. They recipe was easy to make with things that I already had in the house. I will make this again.

This was great and so easy. Going to use what was left for breakfast biscuits.

    LOVE!

I forgot to add the Parmesan until after I put the first one in the skillet... But that worked out in my favor because my husband isn't too keen on Parmesan.

The crust was very good, but the cut of meat was not my favorite by any means. I will try this again using a different meat.

I am allergic to wheat, so I skipped the flour and used a combination of rice chex and corn chex for the bread crumbs. My family begs for this for dinner. I love it too! BTW, I purchased a whole pork loin for $10.25 and was able to get 14 1-inch boneless pork loin steaks (or whatever you want to call them. I browned them and stuck them in a 325 oven to finish because I only have two burners that work!

Great tasting. Amazing how much flavor you get from just that little bit of cheese. Makes a wonderful crispy crust. Fast and delicious!

Delicious, tasty and inexpensive. Does it get any better than that?

I just made this for the second time. The meat was juicy and the topping was to die for. I always watch (or record Ten Dollar Dinners and make the recipe that week. I not only have great recipes, but I am actually ENJOYING cooking for the first time in my life. THANKS MELISSA!!!
