Yummy will def cook again!!! And just to be clear, isn't this for review of a recipe, NOT bashing Melissa's personality? OK, just checking.

Thank you Melissa! My husband (very picky loved this dish (me too. He loves my cooking, but said this was the best chop I have made in 16 years, (made it twice soo far. Flavourfull, crispy, moist, yummmmmy. I know you didn't specify 4 chops in the recepie, but it was clearly stated in the program... to save $ buy a pork loin and split it up! Saving money... go figure. I love your recepies, easy to follow, sensible.

My family enjoyed this tremendously. We especially loved the combination of the crusted parmesan bread crumbs with the pork. Thank you!!

I made this for my family and was way under the ten dollar guideline.. The pork was so moist and very good everyone in my family loved it and wanted it again soon ! The only change I made was I added a little garlic to the bread and cheese crumbs.
soo sooo Tasty ! and very little work !

After reading a few reviews I decided to try the recipe but add some basil & oregano - mainly because my 4yo son loves spiced foods and I thought it would be more appealing to him with them in it. He loved it and so did I! This recipe is a keeper!

And I did spend under $10 on this - way under actually. I bought thin cut pork cutlets and Parmesan cheese {had the bread & spices at home} and think I spent $6 total so that was a pleasant bonus. I think the recipe would be just fine with out the spices but since my little guy loves spices I'll keep them in it.

For those that thought it was too bland you probably forgot to salt and pepper it. She also had you use butter with the vegatable oil and that added more flavor as well. I made this receipe and it was very easy and tasted just like german schnitzel. The lemon adds a nice zip to the end as well. I would highly recommend you trying it again using the butter with the oil and don't forget the salt and pepper this time. It really was wonderful. A new go to item for our menu.

After reading recipe, decided to adjust, First marinate the pork cutlets at least overnight or up to 24 hours in a simple marinate- fresh garlic, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, Portuguese crushed pepper (has salt in it and white wine. Then I substituted the bread crumbs with panko crumbs seasoned with salt, black pepper, grated Parmesan cheese, dried basil, oregano, dash of dried rosemary & thyme. I also used all the herbs in the flour mixture. After coating the cutlets, I placed them in refrigerator for at least 30 mins, this helped them to saute without loosing any of the coating in the frying pan, I used olive oil and unsalted butter to saute pork in and cooked at least 6 mins per side. It was very good, tasty, and crisp.

I thought the pork cutlet was tasteless and dry. My family took a few bites and then would not eat any more. It needed more spices and some kind of sauce. I also found that the breading fell off of the meat while cooking. Will not be making this again. Yet it sure looked good on TV.

I added extra italian seasoning, used split pork chops and touched up the oil in the pan with garlic first.

I was really disappointed with this one. First of all, it cost way more then ten dollars. I went out and bought the requested ingrediants, including the pork, and it came to 14 something. It tasted to us like burnt parmeson cheese. Neither one of us could eat it. Tasteless and bland, YUK!
