I am a beginner cook, however I followed this recipe for her crispy potatoes and they were great. They tasted like what you would get at a restaurant. They were really crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I made them with her Chicken a L'Orange recipe and the potatoes were actually the star of the meal.

I thought this recipe was more trouble than it was worth, but all the comments got me to try it. Once you do it, it's really not hard and the result is outstanding. Good one, Melissa!

I've made these several time for just my husband and me, and for company. Everyone has loved them.

I made these tonight with the orange chicken and fennel slaw and they were so good that my husband and I ate all of them. They are easy to make but you definitley need to keep an eye on them. They cooked in the oven at 375 for 35 minutes and probably could have gone another 5 minutes. They were soft and fluffy on the inside and slightly crsipy on the outside, great tasting.

I made the crispy potatoes for lunch today, and my husband and I really enjoyed them. I made the potato cubes smaller than one inch, though. I used kosher salt for the first time and liked the coarseness of it. I have a feeling these potatoes will be on the menu frequently, but I'll make a double batch so there are left-overs.

I've made this recipe several times and my entire family loves it!! It looks and tastes like it's a whole lot more difficult than it is, which makes me look good. Worth trying....makes a nice compliment to any main entree.
