These potatoes were a great alternative to tater tots or french fries. The steaming and soft middles with crispy outsides work fabulous!

Simple and easy. This was not only economical but it's also a great recipe to learn on, and I'm definitely still learning!

This recipe totally turned out exactly as described. I made all three recipes from this episode. After I fried the bacon for the slaw, I wiped out the skillet with a paper towel and left a little bacon flavor in the pan for the potatoes. The potatoes were great. This is a simple and delicious recipe.

I made this for dinner tonight, and my whole family loved them so much that they requested them again tomorrow night. The recipe was easy to follow, and the potatoes turned out crispy and fluffy.

I always had trouble with either not crisp enough potatoes or soft ones. My husband and I loved them. I am going to try them with french fries. Should work well. Thanks again.

I don't do the cooking in our house, my fiance does the cooking, but I was challenged to cook "the next meal by Melissa" which was the Bird on a Wire episode. These potatoes were part of that dinner. I find the recipe easy to follow and the end result was wonderful. I will definitly cook these again!
