I tripled the recipe for 11 adults and it was enough with no left overs. I also used garlic salt instead of regular salt. These were a hugh hit.

Very easy and delicious. I used golden yukon instead of the russet potatoes and skipped on peeling them. In the oven I used convection roast. Potatoes came out sweet, crispy and very good looking :0
    Thanks Melissa!

I made these today and my family loved them so much. I will be making my potatoes this way from now on.

Simnple - just like I like! I used my 12" cast iron skillet - - have had it for years - - and always do potatoes in it...it's my "potato pan". I thought the water might goo it up, but Melissa was right. They turned out crispy and really good. Thank you! Oh, and congrats. You (Melissa really stepped up those last few weeks...you're a natural.

These potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft and "potatoey" on the inside. My husband said they were they "best potatoes I've ever had in my entire life". I couldn't believe how much he ate. I didn't have russets so i used yukon golds and they worked just fine.....thank you Melissa....can't wait to try what else you have in store for us!
