Delicious! I have made these several times and they are a hit every time! I usually double or triple the recipe, because everyone wants seconds!

I made these perfect crispy potatoes for the first time and they are truly perfect. Great crisp on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. Deilicious!

These were great! A little more work than what I have done in the past, but not much - the potatoes are so much harder to brown on the stove top, so you end up cooking them to make them soft on the stove top and then bake them to crisp them up. You get delicious home fries that are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Yum!

These are how potatoes should taste. They were perfect and I will definitely make them again. They do take awhile, but definitely worth the hassle.

These were good but so annoying to make and they shrunk down so much. I probably would not make them again!

I made these yesterday. It was just my hubby and I and reduced the amount I cooked so we wouldn't have leftovers. They turned out great. I had to cook them a little bit longer in the oven, but I figure it is the oven as each oven cooks differently. I am also going to make these in a few months when we are having a family dinner where I will be feeding 7. I like the fact that the recipe is easy to adjust depending on how many you are feeding.

This recipe allowed us to have Fried Potatoes much more often than we were able to have them in the past. My fool proof method of fried potatoes before was to have left over boiled potatoes, cut them up and fry them. With this, I don't have to do that extra step. My husband has enjoyed them so much that now he asks for these first, ahead of mashed potatoes. Add bacon and onions to the recipe for an extra bonus!
