I did half yesterday with seedless blackberry preserves. Awesome is all I can say. Today I'm finishing with some orange marmalade and some strawberry. Love this recipe. Once you eat one, you'll eat six.

Great recipe!!! the raspberry ones were awesome! They are not as sweet as other recipes, which I like!!

I added a pinch of salt and a dash of vanilla extract to the dough and it made a world of difference flavor wise. I also tried Raspberry Preserves instead of jam or jelly and really liked it. Definitely a great cookie for bake sales, groups and exchanges. Yum, yum, yum

I made these as an after school snack and the kids really liked them. I put out an entire tray and they were gone before I got back to the kitchen. When they come out of the oven they are very hot so be sure to cool completely.

These were very easy to make and my whole family just loved them. I tried a few with Nutella inside and we will be adding more of those next time. I'll also experiment with different types of jam. Everyone keeps asking when I'm going to make these again. The dough was so easy but tasted like it came from a pastry shop. Definitely on my keeper list!!

I ONLY MADE HALF A RECIPE BECAUSE THERE ARE ONLY TWO OF US.
WELL I SHOULD HAVE MADE THE WHOLE RECIPE. THEY WERE SO GOOD THAT WHILE WE WERE CLEANING UP AFTER DINNER MY HUBBY ATE THE LAST TWO.
I USED HOME MADE PEACH JAM IN HALF AND ORANGE MARMALADE IN THE REST. WE COULD NOT DECIDE WHICH WE LIKED THE BEST THEY ARE BOTH SO GOOD. AND EASY TO MAKE.
    ANOTHER WINNER FROM MELISSA.

I love Melissa's recipes; however, this one left a little to be desired. The dough doesn't have much taste to it. However, the filling makes every bite good.
