I was incredibly surprised with the flavor of this salsa. I can't get enough of it! This has definitely become a my standard salsa I make for both me and guests. I serve it with homemade pita tortilla chips and it goes quickly. I need to learn to double the serving. Thanks a lot Melissa!

I used a whole Pineapple and cut it into quarters. I removed the meat and cubed half for the salsa and used the other half for garnish for Mai Tai's. I also grilled some shrimp I had marinated in EVOO and garlic and placed them on top of the quartered pineapple boats. I also added 2 diced Tomatoes and 2 ears of grilled and kerneled corn to the salsa. Then I covered the shrimp with the salsa. Looked and tasted great. Salsa was also great with tortilla chips. Thanks Melissa!

I am so very impressed with this salsa. The combination of flavors was just delicious. All my guests enjoyed and asked for the recipe. Will make it many more times! I am just sad there was not any leftovers. THANK-YOU Melissa

The combinations of flavors in this salsa are AMAZING. I made extra and was so glad that I did. I fried up some fresh tortilla chips and ate them on the side with the salsa.

My family and I love this recipe. It's so easy to make and goes so well with the fish tacos. I'm going to try it with some different types of fruit such as fresh peaches or mangos. Melissa, keep up the great work!! I'm so glad you won the Food Network Star.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the taste of this salsa. Good favors. I used the leftover salsa on eggs the next morning.

I've actually been inspired by Melissa's recipes. They are simple, creative and very tasty. I think she has so many great tips and I have been putting them to use. I'm go glad she is on the air.
