Loved it - other than leaving out the salt (for low salt diet I wouldn't change a thing!

Wow, what a kick- the flavors in this pesto are so fun! Zesty enough for my husband and even the teenagers loved it! I used 1 1/2 teaspoons of chile powder, not a Tablespoon.

This pesto is so easy and good. I had enough left over to last all week. I used some of the leftover steak to make steak and eggs the next morning with this pesto on it. OMG. Very good. Perfect amount of heat for me. A little spicy for my husband though. Maybe two versions next time?

The tablespoon of chili powder completely ovewhelmed what promised to be an excellent poblano pesto. Why go to the trouble of roasting poblano peppers if you are going to completely cover up their taste? No wonder people were able to substute other chiles in place of the poblano. Putting this much chili powder in this recipe is like making tacos from a seasoning packet- one dimensional. We will make this again, but we will use 1 teaspoon of ancho chili powder.

I made this last night and it was fabulous!! I did it as the recipe said but made it with grilled skirt steak. It was so yummy. I highly recommend it!

I thought this was a very simple, and quick pesto. We put it over pork tenderloin and it was such a huge hit! We used olive oil instead. Just delish!! Thank you Melissa! We will make this more often. I also have shared this recipe with other family members who love to cook too.

Yum, this looked so good that I made it the day after watching the show! My store didn't have poblanos so I used anaheim peppers and I added half a jalapeno for some spice. Very tasty! I put it on steak like in the show and it was perfect served with fresh roasted corn with parmesan and chili powder. I am excited about the leftovers and am already thinking of what else I can put it on!

I liked this a lot! But full disclosure, I used Hatch green chiles (I live in New Mexico instead of the Poblano, and the chili powder was Chipotle powder. It was a really nice accompaniment to the flat-iron steak I grilled this afternoon.
