    We have a garden every year and I always have too many tomatoes. I used my canned tomatoes from last summer and it turned out great. We had toasted cheese sandwiches with it but I am going to make the sandwich from the show next time. I LOVE YOUR SHOW, MELISSA! You are the best thing on Food Network for the home cook!

    This is good tomato soup! And oh so easy to make. I was a fool, however, and decided to make a half recipe. Wishing I hadn't now because the soup is so very yummy! Saw this episode yesterday and, since I am trying to save money on food, I thought I'd give this a shot. So glad I did! I'm also making the croque madames and kale chips to go with it for dinner tonight. I can't wait! Thanks, Melissa! Love your show.
