    This was tasty and delicious exactly as the recipe calls for! Coating all of the asparagus in the olive oil, salt and pepper top to bottom first then placing on baking sheet made a difference. Also, the vinaigrette was delectable. Thank you!

    This was okay. I found the viniagrette to be a little to lemony for my taste. The only change I made was grilling the asparagus rather than roasting in the oven and quite frankly, I prefered the grilled asparagus as it was without the viniagrette. I'll pass on this one.

    Extremely tasty! I use the lemon vinaigrette on roasted vegetables (potatoes, onions and bell pepper mix as well as on Chicken!
