    Grilling the asparagus changes the flavor --- my teens will eat it grilled but not steamed. The vineagrette was fine, but to be honest, adding a squeeze of fresh lemon over the grilled vegies would do the same thing, considering you've already added olive oil and salt/pepper.

    I have never cooked asparagus before -- it always seemed very intimidating. I tried this, and it was so easy and delicious. Even my 18 year old, who is not big on veggies, ate 2 helpings! Thanks, Melissa, for challenging me to try something new.

    The asparagus was soo good, it's a vegetable I have always been a little scared of. Love the show, she makes it easy and educational, not to mention budget friendly.

    My son loved this aspargus so much. I had to make another batch!!!! I will be making this often. It was so quick to prepare this. Perfect on a week night.

    This dish was excellent, and went perfectly with Melissa's Salmon Cakes Recipe! I have never been a fan of Asparagus, my husband LOVES it.... so I thought I'd give this a try. I loved the "crunchiness" that roasting gave it, and although the vinegairette was at times a little tart for my personal pallet, I just pinched a little sugar on my plate and VIOLA! It was definately a winner, and I might try it with fresh green beans so thanks "Heidi"

    This was so easy and tasted so good. Will definitely make again and again. My kids who don't really like asparagus, ate it all and asked for more.

    The sauce in the recipe is so good, you could drink it on its own! Love this show, so glad Melissa is the "next Food Network star!"

    We eat alot of asparagus and this was one of the best recipes that I've tried. I usually steam it, but roasting it was a great change. Fast, easy and perfectly cooked in 10 minutes.
