I will be trying this recipe for dinner tonite. Want the Food Network to know that I think Melissa if the greatest. She knows lots of cool tips and the fact that she beat out all the "chefs" in competition with her was so cool. Keep up the good work Melissa, hope to see more of you.

So easy and so tasty!! Why haven't I ever roasted broccoli before? I ended up not eating the entree and going back for seconds on the broccoli!

Made this for dinner tonight and it was super easy. I used a little garlic salt in addition to regular salt. It had a great flavor and will definitely be making again for company.

OMG! My husband and I loved this! I made it 2 nights this week - even on pizza night! I don't know if I can eat broccoli any other way again. I've always loved broccoli but was never big on the stalks - roasting them makes them so yummy and easy to chew. You won't be disappointed!

When I saw this on the show I went to the store so that I could prepare this for dinner. Hubby loved and neither of us like Parmesan but it was really good. Will prepare for dinner again tonight with the leftover shrimp and pasta dish. Keep up the good work. Will be looking for more recipes on veggies.

One of the best ways i've ever had broccoli. Very cheap, easy and quick to make. I used broccolli florets beacuse they were cheaper and they turned out just fine. I just reduce the cooking time by 5 minutes.

'quick, easy, yummy recipe. To the person bashing Melissa for saying you can't get a head of broccoli for $1...I got a big head of broccoli on sale for just .77 cents a head. Normal price is about $1. I don't know where you live and shop, but your are getting ripped off!

Tried this last night for my husband and myself. Be both loved it! So easy to prepare and elegant to serve. Will serve this dish at our next dinner party for sure! I found broccoli on sale for 99 cents a head.

I recommend putting the Parmesan on right after it gets out of the oven. Mine kind of fell through the broccoli and most of it ended up on the pan and it got burned, before the broccoli was finished.

Tried the recipe and loved it. The only difference is that I used broccoli florets and it was great. I have made it twice in the past two week. Great Job Melissa on the show and winning the Food Network Star
