I don't think I will ever cook broccoli any other way now! We loved it! I bought the broccoli on sale for .99 cents/lb.

Thanks, Melissa, for a quick and easy recipe!

We love broccoli but this was awful. First we spent 2.99 for a head of broccoli, second it tasted bitter and tough. We were disappointed and wasted 2.99. We will not make this again.

I like roasted broccoli, and putting some parm on there is a good idea, so I don't have a problem with the recipe, but when she said that it was less than 1 dollar worth of broccoli, I wanted to scream. Even if you buy a case of broccoli (like 30 lbs and freeze it (which she didn't do, and frozen broccoli won't work for this recipe, it would still not come out to less than $0.50 per pound, and she was working with at LEAST two pound of broccoli there...Why not be honest and call the show Twenty Dollar Dinners, because that's more like the truth.

This was a great, different way to have broccoli. I make it all the time...same old same old boring steaming technique. My husband, kiddos and I loved it. Thanks again for another quick and easy idea. You are terrific, Melissa!!

Super simple and tasted great. The broccoli was crunchy, and the parmesan on top was perfect. I've made other vegetables this way but never broccoli. Our new favorite. Thanks Melissa.

I buy broccoli becuase it is priced right but usually just steam it which gets boring. This gave the broccoli a different flavor which was a nice change.

This recipe was a nice change of pace for broccoli. REALLY peel the stalk of the broccoli, or it will be inedible. I'll definitely make this recipe again.
