So easy and soooo good! If you're a garlic lover than you will absolutely love this. The chicken was very tender and the sauce it made was awesome. I got 12 cloves of garlic from the one I had but my family told me to double it next time!

I did make my own 'herbs de provence' mix since I didn't have any on hand. I just used dried rosemary, dried sage, dried thyme and basil leaves, salt and pepper. The chicken was very, very tasty!

I love love love this chicken! I normally eat only white meat chicken but my husband likes dark meat so I decided to give this a try. I figured I could suffer through one meal with dark meat<lol>. Let me tell you, there was no suffering here...It was absolutely delicious and my DH agreed! It was the easiest recipe with very few ingredients involved. I actually had all the ingredients in my pantry and fridge already. I didn't have the herbes de Provence but I found an easy recipe for it by Emeril. And did I mention easy? This was so easy a 5th grader could do it. This is a dish I will make over and over again and I won't substitute white meat for it. It is perfect as is!

Wonderful. I have made chicken and garlic cloves before and my family loves it, but the pan sauce takes it up a level. I didn't have the herbes de provence so I used dried thyme.

Oh my goodness, this is SOOO good! I was surprised at the great flavor this had. It was super easy. I could not find herbes de Provence for some reason, so I just used dried thyme and basil. It was perfect. What really makes this dish, though, is the pan sauce/gravy. It is delicious!!!!

Easy, affordable, no fuss and ready in no time! Just what a busy mother like me needs. I did not have the herbes de Provance but I used some Greek seasoning instead and some fresh oregano as well.

This was pretty good, although I've come to realize I don't like chicken thighs. I'll definitely try it again, with bone-in, skin-on breasts instead. The Crusty Parmesan Bread was a great complement to the chicken, and was really good with the pan sauce.

OMG! I want to go swimming in the pan sauce! The chicken is excellent (and easy! but the sauce is to die for. Yummy in my tummy! This is a great dish for family, and excellent for company.

I used skinless-boneless chicken breasts and doubled the sauce to have enough to serve over pasta. It was excellent.

word of caution--Learn from my mistake! I used Tablespoon instead of teaspoon of flour--so it turned out like gravy. Didn't matter too much-we ate all of it and loved it.
