This is a fantastic recipe. My husband doesn't like very much herb/spice so I just used about 1/2 to 1/3 of the herb de provence, and it was still so flavorful.

I made this recipe tonight. I was really easy and fast. I will make it again, but I will take the skin off half the chicken, because I thought there was a little too much grease. Very tasty too.

The chicken is very tasty! I think the taste is even better than my chicken with forty cloves of garlic, which takes time to prepare. Exactly what I need for the weekday dinner. I usually post my reviews based on the quality of the food that I prepare and not how much its ingredients cost. Even though the show's name is: Ten Dollar Dinners.

This is the 1st time - I saw a recipe & made it the same day. It was fantastic - my son loved it & my picky 5 yr old ate it all. Also this is easily a $10 dinner if you live in the Midwest - other areas can be more expensive. Also she always explains that things are purchased on sale & in season. I only paid $4.85 for 10 thighs & this amount of garlic, stock & lemon juice (I freeze fresh juice in ice cube trays cost very little. For the side dish veggies this time of year are very inexpensive in our area as is day old bread, although I served this w/leftover toasted sourdough.

So good and so easy. I will make it again, easy enough for weeknights but special enough for company.
