    Unusual combination !!!!! Everyone thought the radishes were red potatoes. Taste was good, though not necessarily great. Radishes take on a whole different flavor and consistency when roasted, not anything like raw radishes. Might make again if looking to make something different.

    I wasn't crazy aboout this recipe. Perhaps size does matter in this recipe :- because I had purchased the larger size radishes and found it to be somewhat bitter will try it again using the smaller size radishes(they might be sweeter but the recipe, as is, really didn't work for me.

    I had never had roasted radishes before. I saw her make them on her show this morning and she kept saying they were so sweet so I decided to try it for dinner tonight. What an excellent choice. I am not a radish fan at all but I really LOVE them prepared this way! Thanks Melissa, keep up the good work!
