    We loved this simple recipe! I, like others, used 3 sausages. I also doubled the roasted veggies to use in tomorrow nights quesadillas. Delicious!

    This dish was so delicious that my mom and I polished it off in one day! She demanded the recipe and kept going back for more! The veggies were insanely good and just perfect for my taste (I roasted them the entire 30 min -not 20 like people have suggested. My husband didn't care for it much, but he's not a pasta or veggie fan either. I used 3 sausages and thought it was just the right amount. I also added crushed red pepper to my individual servings and it really kicked it up a notch.

    Yet another of Melissa's recipes that was a HUGE hit with my family. This one is definitely a keeper! I used 3 sausages instead of 2, and over salted my veggies... next time I will cut way back on that. My 11 year old boy's new favorite recipe.

    Oh my goodness. This was so delicious. I have been looking for a light pasta meal, and this was it! My husband said this was the best recipe I've gotten off the internet! So good! Will definitely make many more times.
