    I did like it but did not love it. i thought it was bland. I may try it again, and adding something to kick up the flavor.

    This is absolutely one of my favorite recipes ever!! It has become a staple in our house... I have shared the recipe with several people, and they all make it now too! I just use whatever veggies I have on hand at the time, and it is always yummy!!! KEEPER!!!

    Roasting the vegetables in the oven is a great idea... I love Italian sausage and the white wine gives it a good fiavor. and the penne pasta takes it over the top!

    Trying to reduce our fat intake instead of using sausage I have made this recipe several times using either chicken or shrimp and both are a big hit!! I also use whole wheat pasta occasionally, although I prefer the taste of the white pasta. I have also been using these same roasted veggies as a base for my marinara sauce...YUM!!

    Delicious! Very easy to make and taste's great! We're big garlic people so I roasted a few cloves of that as well, and it was so good! Will definitely be making this again!
