    this is so good. Didn't know if the red wine vinegar and cider vinegar would be something I liked. Should have known to trust you. Really, really good and a welcome change in the vegetable bowl.

    On the show, it appeared that she used red wine rather than red wine vinegar. Would that keep the recipe from tasting too tart?
